My annual for this year took 3 months to get processed and submitted to iperms. Theoretically you can download the draft and let the software factory folks know why it’s not finalized. Similarly, eES usually has a published maintenance schedule over, which is over weekends. From another angle, it’s usually published a bit late into the FY but you can see if there’s an updated one.
