Nearpod Code

In recent times, nearpod code has become increasingly relevant in various contexts. NearPod through Canvas asking students to login. So I use NearPod and integrate the NearPod lessons into my Canvas site. It used to be flawless but lately it will randomly ask students to sign in with one of four options - Google, office 365, and 2 other options I don’t recall. Why is it randomly doing this to some students and not others?

Additionally, [ARCHIVED] Nearpod Lesson asking for Code - Instructure Community. I uploaded a lesson to have students complete as a self-paced assignment. It prompts the majority of the students to type in a code when they try and join lesson. When they do that, I don't get a compiled report, I have to go into my Nearpod library and view my reports.

In the meantime, I also talked to Nearpod Support but was advised there currently is not a Canvas integration set up for Nearpod for our institution. They provided me a link of integration guide which refers to removing LTI 1.1 integration then setup Nearpod for LTI 1.3 in our Canvas PROD instance. Since Nearpod is a third-party application, Canvas (Instructure) wouldn't typically be able to provide tons of support for Nearpod because it's not their product. This perspective suggests that, usually, to get tech support for third-party applications like Nearpod, you'd need to go back to the makers of that product.
