Unable to use Federal TA on Army ignitED : r/ROTC - Reddit. In relation to this, my experience is that having your rank as “cadet” on IgnitED leads to a lot of other problems in the system because that profile flags you as ineligible for big-army benefits. From another angle, i am currently having trouble using Regular Army TA because my profile still says cadet. You can call BAMS and have them write custom flags for your profile to allow access to other benefits.
