I had an all on four scheduled with bionic smile in Vegas for months to take place starting August 4-9th. (They don’t even start your treatment until day 3). After being in contact with one rep for months, I was assigned another one in her place. I’m currently taking suboxone (i was diagnosed with Crohn’s at age 7 & proscribed many medications including narcotics until i became dependent ... Bionic Smiles in North Las Vegas caught my attention.
They might be within a reasonable driving distance from AZ. High-volume practice (the website says 11 surgeons), probably less personalized care, etc. But All-On-X is ALL THEY DO. $18k total for both arches, but bring a friend and expect inconveniences, I suppose.

They quoted me $18k but plus extractions and I also needed 6 bone graphs it was a total of $24k. They pay up to $300 on your hotel stays and $300 on your flight.
