The 0 on the d10 is only ever a 0 (not a 10) during the d100 roll. Main reason im asking this is because some of my friends read 90-0 as 100 because it is 90+10 to them. This perspective suggests that, same with 30-0 would be 40 (30+10) and any other combination.
