I nearly ran out of supplies and sat on hold for almost an hour before being told my order which had been Have been Edgepark customer for 4+ yrs now; and yes way too many hic=cups with their customer service/ product knowledge.
Even tho I order on-line, auto ship; still get gobs of unnecessary duplicated phone calls, texts; it's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand knows or is doing.
