Did you check in key matrix mode? The Fn key does nothin on its own and is a layer key, that might not trigger in the standard keytester. It's important to note that, at the bottom, where the option to play sound is, should be another slider for something like key matrix mode. Toggle that and see if it works. I have a MMO Mouse with 12 side buttons, and assigned them each to input F13-F24, so none of my mouse buttons will overlap with an actual keyboard input. I tested that my mouse button remaps actually works using the websites by googling "keyboard test", and all the site showed me that all of my remaps work, that they show I'm pressing F13-F24 keys when I press respective mouse buttons remapped ... Tester 68 stopped working, bluetooth does not connect. Additionally, tried it on my monitor (has an integrated KMF switch), on the USB-Hub that sits on my desk, and directly to my workstation.
