You can use Insights.gg by Overwolf, its free and pretty easy-to-use. In relation to this, plus, it is not intensive with performance if you're worried about performance issues when playing games while recording. I have switched from MedalTV to Insights few days ago because of performance issues, fps drops caused by MedalTV. Everything's been smooth with Insights since. I cannot uninstall Medal.
It's important to note that, i deleted the entire file .... There is no "Appdata\local\Medal" at all anymore and it STILL WONT LET ME. I am frustrated and beyond pissed.

You can change where Medal saves your Clips by going to Medal's Settings > Clips & Recording > General Recording > Capture Folder Location and selecting a new folder there. You can use any other Storage Drive that isn't a Removable Driver (USB Stick, External Drive, etc) or a LAN Drive (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc).
Workaround to Medal not starting on pc startup - Reddit. From my understanding, the startup folder is unable to give Medal administrator permissions and only Task Scheduler can do so, which is why I think my Medal refuses to start on login.
