Registry Repair Download

In recent times, registry repair download has become increasingly relevant in various contexts. Read ExpandString from Registry without Expansion. Specifically, someone (probably me), or something (probably one of my scripts) has changed the value type of Path in HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment\Path from ExpandString to String. I'm trying to create a script that will read the data, delete or rename the Path value, and then create a new value with the correct type and data.

SearchProtocolHost.exe is accessing registry ProfileList and causes .... So far, we've removed *\NTUser.dat from our FEP real-time scanning as it was causing issues before, and we are now noticing SearhProtocolHost.exe is accessing the ProfileList section of our registry and it is causing issue.
